The Mood
Imagine walking through a twisted carnival at night.
The first thing you notice is the ferris wheel, next is the sound of the carousel-a slow, broken lullaby pulling itself from a dream. The horses don't gallop, but they shift when you're not looking.
From the funhouse, distant laughter echoes, though no one's inside. Near the cotton candy cart, the circus tent looms. & then you see him-A clown in a smiling mask, balloons in one hand, the other waving just for you.
The air thickens with a mouthwatering scent: crisp apple, pear, & peach with a twist of lemon, softened by violet, vanilla, & sheer musks.
