Frosting

Candles made of soy usually develop a layer called frosting, Frosting is a white powdery film that forms on the top of the candle & this usually happens when there are changes in temperatures. While we do our best to prevent this from happening , sudden temperature changes, for example in shipping, are difficult to avoid, but do not worry as this does not affect the performance of the candle.

Rough surfaces

After burning the candle for the first time you'll notice that the top of the candle doesn't look as smooth and shinny as before lighting it. This is one of the perks of using a natural soy & will not affect the performance.
