All of our products come with guidelines. Following them is crucial for the following reasons:

Safety: These guides provide essential safety instructions to prevent accidents such as fires, burns, or damages. Ignoring these guidelines could lead to hazardous situations.

Longevity: Proper usage ensures that you get the most out of your products. This includes instructions on trimming wicks, burning times, proper extinguishing techniques that can help enhance longevity.

Performance: They give the proper care techniques to enhance the fragrance throw, burn time, & overall ambiance, providing a more enjoyable experience.

Candle Guidelines

  • Placement

    ♰ Place the candle on a heat/resistant surface away from drafts, flammable materials & out of reach of children & pets.

  • Burning

    ♰ Allow the candle to liquefy evenly across the diameter to avoid tunnelling.
    ♰ Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
    ♰ Do not leave the candle unattended.

  • Cooling

    ♰ Allow the wax to solidify before moving the candle.

  • Trimming

    ♰ Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn to prevent excessive smoke & soot build-up.

Candles made of soy usually develop a layer called frosting, Frosting is a white powdery film that forms on the top of the candle & this usually happens when there are changes in temperatures. While we do our best to prevent this from happening , sudden temperature changes, for example in shipping, are difficult to avoid, but do not worry as this does not affect the performance of the candle.

After burning the candle for the first time you'll notice that the top of the candle doesn't look as smooth &shinny as before lighting it. This is one of the perks of using a natural soy & will not affect the performance.

Diffusers

Unscrew the diffuser cap, remove the white stopper, and screw the cap back on. Take the reeds out of their paper sleeve and place them into the bottle to allow the fragrance to disperse

♰ Place your diffuser on a stable surface, away from direct sunlight & heat sources, to prolong the fragrance.

♰ Always keep the diffuser out of reach of children & pets.

♰ Insert the reeds into the bottle to allow the fragrance to disperse naturally.
With 8 reeds, the diffuser will last approximately 1½ months. Using 4 reeds will extend its lifespan to about 2–2½ months, while offering a lighter fragrance.

♰ Flip the reeds every 1–2 weeks to refresh the fragrance.

♰ Avoid spilling the liquid, as it may damage surfaces. Wipe any drips immediately.

♰ Do not light the reeds — they are not designed to be burned.

Perfumes

Aura of the Skin
♰ Apply the perfume directly to your skin (wrists, inner elbows, chest or neck while avoiding your face). Please note that the fragrance may dissipate more quickly on the wrists.

Veil of Scent
♰ Walk through a mist of perfume to shroud yourself in mystery.

Wardrobe Touches
♰ Mist a light amount onto your clothing. Fabrics or wool can hold scents well, but avoid delicate materials like silk, as the perfume can stain.

Shake well before use to ensure the fragrance is evenly distributed.

Air Embrace
♰ A simple mist into the centre of any room to refresh & awaken the space. Use 2–3 sprays per room depending on size & ventilation.

Welcoming Doors
♰ Mist near doorways & entrances so every arrival begins with warmth.

Linen Veil
♰ Lightly spray over curtains, cushions, or bedding to leave a soft trace of fragrance. Spray from a 30 cm distance & always test on a small, hidden area first.

Quiet Corners
♰ A touch of scent in overlooked spaces — bookshelves, closets, or under furniture — where the air feels still.
