Refund Policy

Processing Times

Grave Whispers is composed by a small team & we are always thrilled & grateful when a new order comes in! All of our products are made to order & packed with care to make sure it arrives your home safely. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will be notified once your order is dispatched.

Returns

We offer returns only on faulty/defective products. Please note that we do not accept returns on used items. If your item arrived damaged, please contact us at  support@gravewhispers.com and we will do our best to assist you! 
 

Cancellations

Orders begin processing as soon as the order is placed. We aim to get all packages shipped within 2-5 business days, however, in some cases we may ship out orders on the next business day. If you want to cancel your order please contact us within 1 business day and we will do our best to process your request. If your items have been shipped we are not able to proceed with cancellation.

 

Refunds 

Once we have received your return, we will notify you. Your item will be inspected and upon this we will let you know of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and should take 2-7 business days to be cleared on your bank account. We can also provide a refund in the form of a gift card that should be reflected in your account within 48hours after notification. 

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email.


Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received your refund please contact us so we can investigate further. 



Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If your order includes a discount code, then shop credit will only be refunded in the amount paid after the coupon was applied.
