Return Policy

We offer refunds only for defective or damaged products only. In compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, perfumes fall under the category of sealed cosmetic and hygiene products that cannot be returned once opened.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order to:
support@gravewhispers.com to inform us of the problem, with:

♰ Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

♰ A description of the issue.

We will review your request and arrange a 
replacement or refund if applicable. 

Product Usage Guidelines
All customers are required to follow the usage & safety guidelines provided for each product. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that become damaged or faulty due to misuse or failure to follow these instructions.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Returns
If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, we will issue a refund for the value of the items only. Shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.
