Processing Times

Grave Whispers is a very small team & while we thrive to give the best and fastest experience, sometimes this will not be possible. For this reason we ask you to allow 3-7 business days (this does not include weekends) for your order to be processed. You will be notified upon dispatch of your items. 

 

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your package, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package. This date will be tracked according to the tracking number associated with your package. If more than 7 days have passed since your item was received, unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement item or refund for any missing items reported. We triple check all orders during packaging but we are human, so these things can happen.

Custom fees & Import taxes

Grave Whispers will not be held liable for custom fees or import taxes as this will depend on your Country laws. 

 

Broken Items After Shipment

We always make sure that our items are properly packaged in order to avoid any damages in transport. Grave Whispers will not be held liable for broken items orders.
