What is the return policy?

We offer refunds for defective or damaged products only. In compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, perfumes fall under the category of sealed cosmetic & hygiene products that cannot be returned once opened. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order to: support@gravewhispers.com. Read more here

When will I get my order?

We are a small team of two, & while we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, we also ensure every item is properly protected for transport. Processing takes 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday), with delivery usually taking 2 business days within Portugal & 5–7 business days to the UK & Europe. Read more here.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping within Portugal on orders over €50, & free shipping to the UK & Europe on orders over €100. Orders below these amounts are charged a shipping fee of €4.80 for Portugal & €10 for the UK & Europe.

We currently ship within Portugal, UK & the EU. Unfortunately at this time we are not yet able to ship our products to the US & other Countries.

What are top, heart, and base notes in a fragrance?

Top notes are the first impression of a fragrance — light, bright, & quick to unfold. They disperse easily & fade first, often featuring fresh citrus or airy florals. Heart notes form the core of the scent, emerging as the top notes soften & revealing the fragrance’s true character. Base notes are the deepest & longest-lasting, settling slowly & lingering on the skin or in the space, often built around woods, resins, or musks.
